Return/Exchange Policy

Diggidy Dog will happily accept unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

To return an item(s), include the following:

  • Your contact information (name, phone number, email address)
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return (be specific)
  • Remember, sale items are non-returnable

To exchange item(s), please include the following:

  • Your contact information (name, phone number, email address)
  • Proof of purchase
  • Exchange information – please be specific
  • Shipping costs: You pay for the shipping to return the item and we will pay to send the exchange to you.
  • Remember, sale items cannot be exchanged

Shipping Policy

Orders placed on this website are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Office. The shipping charges are determined by using weight and dimensional shipping logic. When orders are received, we will do our best to get the item packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should the item not be in stock, you will receive an email notice of when the item will be available.
