When you’re happy, we’re happy. Diggidy Dog stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.  Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Food items cannot be returned.

Refunds are for merchandise values only and will be credited to the original form of payment (except in the case of cash gift returns – which will be credited to a gift card)

Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification if you provided your email address.

Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

Many of our products come with a product warranty for workmanship.  Please contact us if you encounter a problem to see if your product is under warranty.

We do not warrant that any dog toy is indestructible.
