Return/Exchange Policy

Diggidy Dog will happily accept unused merchandise that is in resellable condition, within 30 days of purchase, for exchange or store credit.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received your request.  Or just give us a call (831) 625-1585 or send us an email info@diggidydog.com.

To exchange item(s), simply mail back the item along with proof of purchase, including a note (or email info@diggidydog.com ) to specify what you’d like to exchange for, whether it be for an alternative, or store credit. We will then cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) back to you.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed on this website are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Office. The shipping charges are determined by using weight and dimensional shipping logic. When orders are received, we will do our best to get the item packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should the item not be in stock, you will receive an email notice of when the item will be available.

International Customers

While this website will not accept international orders, we will happily ship to anywhere in the world.  Please email us at info@diggidydog.com, tell us what you are interested in, and we will get back to you with all the information.  Payment can then be submitted to our Paypal account, to info@diggidydog.com
